Nicola-J Flavours and Fragrances (Pty) Ltd. is a wholly owned South African company, founded in 1996.

Although a relatively young company, we have made considerable progress in establishing ourselves as one of South Africa’s premier independent flavour manufacturers.

All efforts of the company are focused extensively on satisfying the needs of our customers. We understand the demand for continual improvement of costs and quality. We therefore like to work closely with our clients to assist them in new product developments and reformulation of existing lines. Our team of food flavourists and food technicians gladly assist in the development or matching of existing flavours to suit customer requirements.

By offering a complete range of products and services, we aim to satisfy not only our customers but also to contribute to the quality of our customer’s final products, demanded by consumers.

Our modern manufacturing facility in Midrand – Johannesburg, is equipped to manufacture both large and small quantities. All products are subjected to strict quality control tests before being dispatched.

In addition to the manufacture of flavours and fragrances, we also offer the facility of end product manufacturing such as isotonic beverage powders, soup and sauce powders, jelly powder, milkshake and mineral water syrups etc.

Being in tune with our customers, we understand that small quantities of flavours are often required. For this reason we offer a minimum pack size of only 5kg for liquid flavours and 10kg for powder flavours.
