Our new and modern manufacturing facility in Midrand – Johannesburg was designed and built in strict accordance to the requirements of HACCP. The factory consists of 8 independent manufacturing rooms and a central warehouse spanning over 1400m2. We are equipped with a variety of ribbon and high speed “Diosna” blenders for dry powder blending, ranging in capacity from 1.5 tons to 25kg. For manufacturing liquid flavours we have a range of mixing tanks and high-speed mixers / blenders with capacity of 10kg to 3500kg. During the course of 2007 we increased our manufacturing capabilities by purchasing an APV homogeniser to produce emulsions.
